Pets & People Community Wellness Event for Rabbits and Guinea Pigs

The Animal Welfare League of Alexandria is excited to invite you to our first Pets & People Community Wellness event for rabbits and guinea pigs!  This event will be held on Saturday, July 30, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Vola Lawson Animal Shelter, located at 4101 Eisenhower Ave., Alexandria, VA 22304.

FREE services available will include physical exams, nail trims, microchips (for rabbits only), pet food and supplies (while supplies last), and information on caring for your rabbits and guinea pigs.

Registration is required for this event.  Please reserve one appointment slot for each pet you would like to bring to the event.  Once you have reserved an appointment slot, you will receive an email with a link to the registration form.  Please complete the registration form for each animal attending the event.

Please bring your pets in a secured carrier.  If you are in need of a carrier or have any questions, please contact the AWLA Community Programs team prior to the event at community@alexandriaanimals.org or 703-746-6001.

La Animal Welfare League of Alexandria se complace en invitarlo a a nuestro primer Evento de Bienestar Comunitario para cuyes/cobayos y conejos! Este evento se llevará a cabo el dia sábado 30 de julio a partir de las 10 a.m. hasta la 1 p.m. en el refugio para animales Vola Lawson, ubicado en 4101 Eisenhower Ave., Alexandria, VA 22304.

Los servicios disponibles GRATIS incluirán exámenes físicos, corte de uñas, microchips (solo para conejos), alimentos y suministros para mascotas (hasta agotar suministros) e información sobre el cuidado de sus conejos y cuyes/cobayos.

Se requiere inscripción para este evento. Por favor reserve una cita por cada mascota que desea traer al evento. Una vez que haya reservado una cita, recibirá un correo electrónico con un enlace hacia un formulario de registro. Por favor complete un formulario de registro por cada animal que traiga al evento.
