Paws & Poses: Yoga Class

Join us for this yoga class using slow, intentional movement to release tension, increase flexibility, and build strength and balance for relaxation, rest, and renewal. This is an all-level yoga class that will involve lying, sitting, standing, and balancing postures. Modifications are offered to suit every body, making it perfect for beginners and experienced yogis alike.
Following yoga, we’ll end the session with a dog and cat mix and mingle.
We hope you can join us for this mindful, rejuvenating practice, while also giving back to a cause that makes a real difference. The class cost is $35 per person. There are only 12 spots available, so grab yours before they’re gone!
All proceeds go towards helping the Animal Welfare League of Alexandria continue their mission to inspire compassion for all living beings, to provide shelter to animals in need, and to promote adoptions, animal welfare and responsible pet ownership in our community.
