The Colonel’s human companion is Megan Webb, AWLA’s Executive Director.  He was abandoned in a park in Alexandria when he was only 4 weeks old and a little over one pound.  Megan took him home to foster him because he was too little to stay at the Shelter.  Well, he knew he had found his home.  The Colonel comes to work with Megan everyday and likes to greet everyone who comes by her office.
