It’s Kitten Season, and our cutest kitties are raring to show off their best Downward Dog!

Join certified LEAP therapist Angie Lord and some of the AWLA’s friendliest felines on Zoom for Virtual Na-Meow-ste yoga on Sunday, September 13, beginning at 10:30.  Get your flex on from the comfort of your home while Angie and some of our adorable feline friends show off their moves at the AWLA.  Your $15 registration will include a 45-minute yoga session as well as a short kitten meet-and-greet following the cool-down.
