Is your high school student looking for a way to expand their love of animals, and also earn service hours for school? The Animal Welfare League of Alexandria is offering a session of Teen Service Nights from 5:30 pm to 7 pm, for four consecutive Thursdays. Students will have an opportunity to not only volunteer at our shelter, but also talk to staff members and attend trainings on cat and dog body language! We are excited to work with students to complete animal care and enrichment projects, a variety of tasks around the shelter, and a few special projects too. If your high school student is passionate about animals, this is a great way to earn 10 hours of community service!
*Please note that you are signing up for a 4-week session of Service Nights.
