Join the Animal Welfare League of Alexandria and a variety of animal-themed local businesses for a day that promises to be fun for the whole family!

Hosted by the Animal Welfare League of Alexandria, the FREE Alexandria Love Your Pet Day Festival brings our community together to celebrate the love that we have for animals. Not only will you be able to meet a variety of adoptable animals, but we also welcome well-behaved, leashed pets to attend.  Enjoy a day of entertainment, activities and animals on October 3 at Oronoco Bay Park!

This event is also organized by Love Your Pet Day founding event members Alexandria Public Library, Dogtopia of Alexandria, Frolick Dogs, Pinnacle Pet Spa & More and VCA Animal Hospitals. Proceeds benefit the Animal Welfare League of Alexandria.
