SPEAKER SERIES: Gene Baur from Farm Sanctuary

Join us on Thursday, March 8, for a presentation from guest speaker Gene Baur, president of the Farm Sanctuary.  Founded in 1986 and now operating three sanctuaries in New York and California, the Farm Sanctuary aims to provide more information about where our food comes from and offers a home for farm animals in need.

Mr. Baur will share more information about how the Farm Sanctuary operates and how its mission overlaps with the goals of the Animal Welfare League of Alexandria.  There is no cost to attend, but space is limited, so please register today.
