Clear the Shelters

The Animal Welfare League of Alexandria is once again participating in the national Clear the Shelters event on August 19th with NBC4. This is an exciting opportunity to find amazing homes for many of our adoptable animals.

Even if you aren’t joining us to adopt, please consider participating by pledging funds for each animal adopted on August 19, or a fixed sum to help alleviate our expenses for the adopted animals.

Open early, starting at 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM on Saturday, 8/19/17.
