100 Kong Challenge
Kongs are king at the AWLA! Kongs are critical enrichment toys, keeping our dogs happy and mentally engaged while they wait for adoptive homes.
Unfortunately, our Kong supply is dwindling. So, we’re challenging and asking our community to help us collect 100 Kongs*! The 100 Kong Challenge kicks off Wednesday, January 17 and runs through Wednesday, January 31. Please consider helping us achieve our goal.
*We are especially in need of large and extra-large red and black (extreme chewer) Kongs.
Ways to Participate in the 100 Kong Challenge:
- Shop our Amazon Wishlist.
- Shop our Chewy Wishlist.
- Shop at a local-owned store that supports the AWLA.
- Deliver new or gently-used Kongs to the shelter (4101 Eisenhower Ave., Alexandria) during business hours.
