First dogs from South Korea up for adoption!

The first four dogs rescued from a dog meat farm in South Korea have become available for adoption! Puppies Eve and Bell were adopted on January 8, 2016, while Dasher and Dancer are still available.

Eve (now named Lexi) was the first to go home, and we’re happy to report that this adorable puppy will get to grow up alongside two incredible young girls. Before she went home, we captured her youngest new family member working on the “sit” command with her:

Bell was adopted by another family shortly after Eve.

Dasher and Dancer are available for adoption. Both are six-month-old Jindo mixes, and we think they may also be part Punsung, which is a rare breed from Korea. These dogs are very high-energy and we hope to find them homes with families that can keep up with them!
