AWLA Spring Camp 2018 Registration
Please register your child(ren) for AWLA's Spring Camp by filling out this form.  After completing the form you must call or visit the shelter to make payment.   Registrations will not be confirmed until both this form and payment are received.  Camp registration is $300 per child.    

Camp is limited to 12 students and will be filled first come, first served based on receipt of both this form and payment.

Camp is for children aged 8 to 12.    Campers will be exposed to animals, gardens and yards, and various food items used in the shelter for animals.  Please be sure they dress in clothing that can get dirty and please be sure to list any allergies below.  Students should wear sneakers or other similar footwear.  Flip flops and Crocs are not permitted.

A full list of camp policies and release forms will be emailed to parents with registration confirmations.
